How to make a healthy sandwich





Ingredients                                               


Eggs                                                       
Lettuce                                                  
Tomatoes                                                 
Peanut butter                                      
Cream cheese
Mayonnaise
Two slices
Olives
Salt
Pepper


Method


1.Boil the eggs in a pot.


2.Peel the eggs shell off.


3.Put the eggs in a bowl so you can mash them.


4.Add one spoon of mayonnaise.


5.Sprinkle salt and pepper.


6.Mix the two together.


7.Take two slices of bread.


8.Get some lettuce and spread them around.


9.Grab two tomatoes and put them on each side.


10.Spread egg and mayonnaise.


11.Put some black olives on the tomatoes.


12.Put the other slice of bread on it too.

13. Eat it.
