Keeping school clean

Part 1/ Not so long ago our school caretaker
(Mike) was feeling so hōhā (Annoyed). Because
our whole kura wasn’t thinking about what they
had to do with their rubbish. He wanted to resign
(Quit), But my previous Kaiako (Teacher) heard and
wanted to stop it emideitly. So she came into class
discussing what they are going to do. Our Teacher was
making a plan to solve this polution problem around our
school like she does.

Part 2/Her plan was to give each one of us a job to do
each week. That job was rubbish monitor, To make Mikes
(Caretaker) job much easier. So we have been going strong
and hard to achive that goal that we have set for
ourselves. We have been doing this for nearly 2 or
3 weeks now. Our monitors have been doing a great
jobfrom what it looked like before.

Part 3/Only last week one of our monitors had
the courage to give the caretaker a wonderful gift.
He was so inspired by the hard work that Room 6 have
done. I bet it must of warmth his heart all the way up.
Also make him change his mind and put that spark into
him, So he could be the best he can be. Mike just didn’t
see it coming but it did and he loved it with all of his heart.

What had happened??? Dan Dan Daaaannnn

So I was having a really perfect day from the start onwards.
So I was hanging out with my old class mucking around or having
a really good time like the usual.

So then I joined into their game which was actually really exciting
and nerv racking. To see who would win the race or obstacle for the
MEGA PRIZE!!!. It was arriving to be my turn and I had no idea if I
was going to win or lose but I was so eager to get there. But I was to
eager I had got carried away. So I began talking to myself saying ”
I can do this “ But I got tooo concentrated  into talking to myself.
So this other part of me started talking like” You can’t do this” but
at the same time the other side was” Yes you can do it”.
So then I was pertending to be that guy that says
“ Just do it” So I did and I carried on but taking
the big fat L like the fortnite dance.

So yeah that was my day which was awesome.

I just want to say that no one got it and when
I say no one I mean no one.

What I have done here is to talk about what I have done yesterday. 

I was aiming for this recount to go in a direction which would
make the title sound like what it is natrually about. So I had
tryed to make it as good as I can so me and my class are able
to make it as understandable and easier to get to the pin point.
This was about not being big headed and have the right mind
set that would get you through the day with a big smile on your
face. Also I was trying to make it go the right way to make it...
sound like it can connect to other people just in a different story
that they have told once before.

Bike day

Bike Day

Monday...the best day of this week.

Me and my class had a great day yesterday we had so many
helpers like the bike crew. Also including some other companys
to help the real crew with all of their things or situations they need
help on. We had a lot of things that were so good like the new Bikes,
Sausages, Milo even a bike which played music while riding it. We had a
mean day, We gotta ride Bikes, Eat limited Sausages, listen to music.

I only had one ride on the Bikes around the track because I don’t like
riding bikes, But I really like eating so I was just eating the Sausages.
I thought there were way more things that were happening. I had no
idea this was happening but I just went with the flow and played along
with what was going on. I really did wish that there was going to be
something else coming but I thought wrong. 

So that was my experience of the Bike day.

Matua Filipe Tohi visit

Kia ora, on Tuesday 03-09-2019 there was a known Tongan
artist and his name was Matua Filipe Tohi. He is a wonderful and
inspiring person to people who really have that art instinct. He did
art and projects that looked amazing. 

But I mostly like the project of the whale, it looked so good.
It had the right caculations and made it look like the exact same
thing that was on the screen but miniture. I really like what it looked
like. It must of taken a long time. I also really like his other work piece.
It was so long so it must have taken so long because all of the details
were in the right place.

This is what it looks like.

The details were so explicit and were able to make animals like
fish and birds. Also the are so close to tukutuku panels in Māori
because of the paterns. He has travled all over the world and
trademarked where his wonderful pacifica art styles.

There is a very weird but traditinoal way to making rope, the
make it from coconut. But even though they make a great and strong
rope which help in a lot and when I say a lot I mean it. 

This is what it looks.

It might not look like anything but it could do a lot of things and
I mean really helpfull things.

So when we were arriving to the end of the presentation, he showed
all of these cool photos which he had done. He even did projects in
museums all over the place. We even so lucky to have him over to our
school because his schdule was so packed for the next two weeks,
they said.

The thing that I really like is the workshops that he has helped out
to give young artists their one thing that would inspire them.

So yeah that is all of the things and parts of that very long
presentatation that I mostly like and hope you would like it the same
way I have.
